CNMV ostrzega przed 29 nieregulowanymi brokerami
Hiszpańskie CNMV zaktualizowało swoją czarną listę ostrzeżeń. Znalazło się na niej ponad 40 nieregulowanych spółek, w tym 29 podmiotów podających się za brokerów działających na rynkach Forex, surowców lub kryptowalut. Żaden z nich nie ma zezwolenia na świadczenie usług, ani nie jest zarejestrowany w żadnym europejskim kraju. Istnieje wysokie ryzyko, że większość z wymienionych podmiotów to SCAM’y.
